CoffeeGerard Joblin, one of the owners, and chief coffee roaster at Red Cherry, roasts nearly every day, on his 7kg Diedrich’s roasting machine. We send coffee throughout New Zealand, and our focus is on providing a fresh product and fast service.
Our blends are made up of several different origins, which are the countries and regions where the green coffee beans come from. We source only high quality Arabica beans from Africa, South America, and the Pacific region. As we are a small business we deal with green bean importers who work closely with the estates and local regions they trade with, we also deal directly with Trade Aid. When we create a coffee blend we taste and carefully select the origins and roasting profiles that will create the final flavour, we also ask our local cafe patrons to help with this process. |
