An appealing and fruity Sauvignon displaying lime zest, capsicum and subtle floral characters on the nose.  The palate is vibrant and juicy showing bright acidity and a lingering crisp dry finish.  The wine shows good varietal flavours with a lively mouth feel.

This wine displays lovely youthful colour and fruit aromas of nectarine and lime. The palate has a luscious stone fruit character with  biscuity flavours. The finish is crisp with a long nutty complexity.

A generous, full bodied style of Pinot Gris our 2008 has pear and spiced apple aromas, notes of wild honey and lychee on the palate and a long rich textured finish.Lees stirring and partial wild fermentation in seasoned French oak barriques have added another dimension to this Pinot Gris' mouth filling palate weight and creamy texture.
